We make orderbased diagnostic kit for customer's special
requirement. We can make and provide orderbased diagnostic
kit in two forms including immunological assay (ELISA)
to detect specific antigen or antibody and molecular biological
assay to detect specific genome.

ELISA
We can fully develop convenient, accurate
and stable Enzyme Linked Immuno Assay (ELISA)
to meet customer specifications. Diagnostic
kit components are optimised and adjusted
to produce an assay which is suited to the
customer¡¯s requirements and gives the optimal
signal with minimal noise. The tracer can
be labeled with peroxidase (HRP) or alkaline
phosphatase (AP) etc and the parameters optimised
for coated microtitre plates, standards and
controls are detailed below.
The developed assay in kit form, together
with protocol, is dispatched to the customer
and advice is provided on the running and
application of the kit in their laboratory.
Our company can also manufacture the kit (in
small batches) to order.

PCR/RT PCR
We can fully develop convenient and sensitive
specific genome detection system (PCR or RT
PCR) to meet customer specifications. Diagnostic
kit components are optimised and adjusted
to produce an assay which is suited to the
customer¡¯s requirements and gives the specific
genomic amplification without nonspecific
signal. Internal control can be provided as
a form of DNA or in vitro transcript RNA if
customer wants internal control for validation
of orderbased kit. The developed assay in
kit form, together with protocol, is dispatched
to the customer and advice is provided on
the running and application of the kit in
their laboratory. Our company can also manufacture
the kit (in small batches) to order.
